What should I wear for Muay Thai training?
A t-shirt and shorts will do the trick. Whilst some gyms in the west may require you to wear their gyms clothing, most gyms have a pretty relaxed policy.
If you're training out in Thailand you're pretty much free to wear what brand or design you like.
