How do I care for my Muay Thai gear to make it last longer?
Wash your Muay Thai shorts and hoodie at 30°C with similar colours. Turn shorts inside out to protect the design and avoid overloading the machine to keep the elastic waistband in shape. Air dry after washing—letting your gear breathe properly helps prevent odours. After training, hang your shorts up instead of stuffing them in your bag. A quick wipe-down with antibacterial spray between washes helps keep things fresh.
