Do boxing glove deodorisers actually work?
Yes, when you use them straight after training. Gloves smell when moisture lingers, so the key is getting airflow back into the glove and keeping the inside fresher between sessions. Pop one into each glove after training and leave overnight for best results.
How long should I leave them in my gloves?
Overnight is ideal. If your gloves are really wet after sparring or pads, leave them in for up to 24 hours. The aim is to support drying time between sessions.
What does level 1, 2 or 3 mean?
It’s scent control. Level 1 is subtle, level 2 is medium, level 3 is strongest. Choose what you prefer, then drop them into your gloves as normal.
Can I use them in Muay Thai or MMA gloves?
Yes. They’re made for combat sports gear and work in boxing gloves, Muay Thai gloves, MMA gloves and kickboxing gloves.
They also work well in shoes and kit bags.
How long do they last?
Typically 3 to 6 months, depending on how often you train and how wet your gear gets. If you train most days or your gloves get soaked regularly, you’ll be closer to 3 months. For lighter use, they’ll last longer.
