Wearing Muay Thai shorts is a sign of respect for the sport, culture and history associated with the art of 8-limbs. No matter what level you're at, if you're training Muay Thai you should definitely invest in some Muay Thai shorts.
WHAT DO GIRLS WEAR TO MUAY THAI?
Muay Thai has no specialised uniform. Although when going to a muay thai gym and training for a length of time you should invest in a pair of Muay Thai shorts and a top for training in. If your gym has a uniform we advise wearing their gear to train. For the most part, gyms around the world allow you to wear what you want within reason.
