Primo has quickly gained popularity throughout the Muay Thai scene, sponsoring some of the biggest names in Muay Thai right now. Not only are they making some incredible moves being the preferred kit provider for some Muay Thai leagues, they're also putting out new gear across a range of products at an astounding rate.
They have an impressive selection of Muay Thai gear, from gloves, t-shirts, pads and so much more. Considering Primo was founded in 2020, they've rapidly risen to the top.
We personally haven't had a chance to get our hands on their gear just yet, but definitely have been checking it out. Judging by the reviews on social media and the athletes that they're working with, we'd imagine their gear is very quality.

GYM NASTY
Coming in at number 2 is none other than ourselves, GYM NASTY. We're a relatively new Muay Thai clothing brand, in 2020 I started GYM NASTY whilst on my weight loss mission.
After struggling to lose weight for quite some time, I had worn my fair share of gym wear and Muay Thai gear. Muay Thai started to take over my life and I wanted to know everything about it and how I could give back to Muay Thai for changing my life.
We're now selling globally, shipping to the likes of Mexico, America, Ireland and Iceland to mention a few. I started the brand after struggling to find comfortable training gear that would last through multiple washes and tough training sessions.
We now stock multiple different products such as Muay Thai shorts, training t-shirt, hoodies and have more to come.

Yokkao
Yokkao always gets a mention on our lists, it was even featured on our 2024 Best Muay Thai Brands guide. They have some incredible designs that I personally love. They're very colourful and in your face, offering a wide selection of Muay Thai streetwear, gloves, gear and pads.
They have cemented themselves in the Muay Thai world over the years and have become one of the most popular brands in the sport, spreading beyond Thailand and being adored by Westeners.
One of the drawbacks of being a Yokkao fan is that the brand is quite popular so restocks can be an issue when you want to get your hands on some cool gear. With that being said, they make some very cool gear and are definitely worth waiting around to get your hands on sometimes.

SIAM Boxing
VERY well cemented here in the UK. I'm personally a huge fan of SIAM boxing and what they've done for the Muay Thai scene in the UK and beyond.
Siam boxing produces amazing videos, documenting the training of current stadium fighters around the world and giving a platform for Muay Thai platforms to grow their followings.
Not only does Siam produce incredible videos covering Muay Thai, they drop some cool looking Muay Thai gear for training and chilling around in. You do have to get in there quick though especially with their hoodies and shorts as they sell out fast.

Fairtex
Fairtex have been around for quite some time and are a big player in the Muay Thai gear and equipment scene.
They have also been used as an official gear partner for ONE Championship in their K1 bouts.
They're renowned for making high quality, durable gear and have worked with some of the biggest names in the sport. One of the drawbacks to being a fan of Fairtex Muay Thai gear is that their website isn't the greatest shopping experience, not necessarily a truly bad thing but it all adds to the experience. They definitely make up for it in terms of their gear quality and production.
Best Muay Thai Hoodies
For this section we're going to have to pick 2 different hoodies. One for streetwear that can be worn casually and a hoodie for training in. A lot of muay thai practitioners around the world, especially in Western countries prefer to train in a hoodie in the winter.
The problem with that is hoodies can be quite thick and heavy, especially when getting damp with sweat.
Best Muay Thai Hoodie for training in
When I first started training Muay Thai, I would always wear a hoodie. I don't know why I did it, I think I was trying to make the session harder and to sweat more. But over time, they would start to small, they'd get in the way and ultimately they just hinder your training.
That's why I developed the GYM NASTY training hoodie. A lightweight, quick drying hoodie that you can wear whilst training without getting in the way.
Best Casual Muay Thai hoodie
Based on their output of different designs and quality it has to go to Yokkao. They have a good range of different designs and colours that can be worn both in and out of the gym.
I don't think Yokkao's hoodies are specifically designed for training in, but there's definitely nothing to say that you can't, but they are quite heavyweight cotton, making for a real high quality hoodie. As mentioned previously, one of the downsides to being a fan of Yokkao is they can sell out fairly quickly.
