GYM NASTY is a UK-born Muay Thai clothing and gear brand built for fighters who train hard and live harder. Every piece of our Muay Thai gear - from shorts to hoodies - is tested under real gym conditions, not just made to look good online.

Where is GYM NASTY based?

We’re proudly based in the UK but serve fighters around the world. Every order is shipped fast, by myself and comes with a hand written note and free stickers.

All of our orders are packed with premium packaging that keeps your gear safe during delivery.

Do you ship Muay Thai gear internationally?

Yes, GYM NASTY ships globally. Whether you’re training Muay Thai in London, Bangkok or United States, we’ve got you covered.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days. International orders vary depending on location but average 7–14 days. All shipping times are shown clearly at checkout and all orders can be tracked from order to delivery.

What makes GYM NASTY Mueay Thai gear different?

How should I wash my Muay Thai shorts?

Turn them inside out, wash cold and hang dry. Avoid tumble-drying or ironing to preserve the fabric and print. Treat your gear right, it’ll outlast your gloves.

What size should I order?

Our gear fits true to size, check the size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, go a size up for more movement. We stock from S to 4XL.
